Competing in the 800M

Far Left: Competing in the 800M

Hi, my name is Jeb and I had the opportunity to compete as a runner growing up in the state of Minnesota. I then went on to run middle-distance in college. My biggest achievements were being national champions in the 4x800m, running an indoor conference meet record and school record in the 1000m, and placing 5th in the indoor 800m my senior year.

I love training and being active, so when I started having constant injuries that caused me to miss practices I was understandably frustrated. I was in the athletic trainers room before and after every practice but nothing helped. I had to cut my daily milage and even stick to cross training after big races or workouts. Something was wrong and I didn't know what, I just knew I wanted to get back to competing.

Fast forward to today and I now understand what was wrong. I had good supportive shoes that I thought were what I needed. But the shoes were too much and in the wrong places, and they forced me to change my running form which ultimately caused my injuries.

To date, I’ve spent hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars fixing the damage caused by running in bad shoes for eight years.

If you are having issues, the solution could be one pair of shoes away. Sign up for a consultation today and see firsthand how much it can help!
