What to Expect

Because shoes are the foundation of your movement, all our fittings start with shoes. However, don't assume this means we do the standard shoe fitting process you're familiar with.

Every client leaves with a few things:

  1. One recommended insole (only if necessary)

  2. One recommended shoe

  3. A shoe and insole print-out showing how you tested

  4. A clear understanding of what you currently need and why.

  5. A three-week check-in to ensure your adjustment is going smoothly

  6. Recommended interval to replace your shoes to lessen injuries

  7. A clear understanding of what you currently need and why.

Depending on your goals, personal history, current injuries, and interests, every fitting may include the following:

  • Exercises to help with current injuries

  • Professional recommendations for serious issues

  • Review your other shoes (casual, work, lifting, cleats, spikes, boots, etc)

  • Race Day Shoe Fitting

  • Track Spike Comparison

  • Training/Return-to-Sport Guidance

If you'd like to learn more, I recommend watching this seven-minute video to understand better what to expect. If after viewing you still have questions, email Jeb at Jeb@runbiokin.com.
