Achilles Tendinitis

Knee Pain

I was experiencing pain in my knee from a previous partial ACL tear. Walking around, especially on stairs, caused painful knee inflammation often causing me to subconsciously avoid walking.

 

Had Jeb fit me with new shoes and the pain was gone THAT day. I was skeptical that it would be as easy as that. Turns out my old shoes were collapsing inward and putting strain on my knee. Jeb got me in the right shoes and I'm walking faster and without pain.

Neuroma

Personal experience on this one: I had a neuroma that prevented me from walking barefoot because of the pain. After two weeks I decided it wasn't going away on its own, so I grabbed an insole that corrects Morton's Foot (the cause of most neuromas). Four days later my pain was gone.

I first met Jeb at the TCM Expo in 2025. I had been struggling with foot neuropathy and hip pain on and off since running a Spartan Ultra in 2019.  I had resigned myself to the fact that it would always be vaguely uncomfortable to run and that I’d always have some pain following, but refused to give up something I loved.  I saw Jeb’s booth and I was intrigued by the idea that the issues I was having could be partially due to my shoes.

I had to reschedule our appointment several times due to “life” and Jeb was always accommodating and friendly.  We met and he had me try a bunch of shoes and lifts, and then “run”. It felt kind of silly but it really helped to try different things and see how they’d work.  The shoes I ended up getting were nothing like I would have ever picked for myself because I never realized the science behind some of the choices (arches, lifts, etc.) I had been just going with what was cost effective and pretty…

I have been steadily training in the shoes and lifts I purchased for about five months now. I very rarely have any hip pain anymore (during or after running) and the foot neuropathy is world’s better, too!  I’m not 100% back to where I was before I got hurt in 2019 but I’m close enough that it almost seems miraculous.  I really appreciate Jeb’s expertise, personality, and help in getting me back in a great position so I can continue doing what I love. Highly recommend!!!
